Charlottesville Ballet returns to the JCC in Northern Virginia with an interactive ballet designed just for kids and families! 

A Fairy Tale Gathering is a spectacular ballet designed by Charlottesville Ballet Co-Director Emily Hartka especially for young children and families! In this 45-minute interactive production, fairytale princesses & whimsical friends join Fairy Godmother for an enchanting afternoon tea party. Meet Cinderella as she dreams of the ball. Help the Prince wake up his Sleeping Beauty. Look for Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and other notable characters.  With music, song, and dance, this production is sure to delight audiences of all ages.

Also join us for “A Fairy Tale Tea Party” following the performance — meet the dancers, make a tea time craft, and take photos with your favorite fairy tale characters for an all-inclusive children’s ticket price. All accompanying adults enjoy the Tea Party for free!
