Community Programs for Nonprofit Organizations
Afternoon of Community / Night of Community
Do you work for a nonprofit agency that serves the Central Virginia area? Join Charlottesville Ballet in our commitment to benefiting the Charlottesville community!
Through our Afternoon of Community and Night of Community programs, Charlottesville Ballet seeks to illustrate how local businesses, non-profit agencies, and arts organizations can collaborate to benefit the entire Charlottesville community. Our goal is to offer staff members of non-profit agencies and financially-challenged community members an opportunity to attend a live ballet performance for free.
A few of our Afternoon of Community participants include:
- Children, Youth, and Family Services
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge
- Piedmont Family YMCA
- The Women’s Initiative
- The Light Community Church
- Ronald McDonald House Charlottesville
If your organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit serving the Charlottesville area, your group may be eligible for free tickets to select community performances. To request your complimentary tickets, please e-mail our Outreach Coordinator Audrey Fenske: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any questions or would like more information about the Afternoon of Community or Night of Community performances, please e-mail us or contact the Charlottesville Ballet Box Office at 434.227.7592.
