Student Ensemble

The CBA Student Ensemble is a very elite group of students who we feel show incredible potential and display fantastic work ethic in classical ballet and contemporary dance styles.  The Student Ensemble allows young dancers to further their technique and artistry while training in a professional environment.

Participation in the Student Ensemble is by invitation only and ensemble members are required to take specific classes throughout the week at Charlottesville Ballet Academy.  Members will also have a special “Student Ensemble” class each week where they will train in pointe work, partnering skills, and learn choreography from guest choreographers.
