Every year is the same… the clock strikes midnight and my minions appear! Clara and her awful Nutcracker look different, the soldiers’ formations change, their battle strategy varies, but each year I remain the same…for I am the Mouse King! While my opponents vary ever so slightly, every year it is the same drudgery for me: a battle ensues and I am vanquished!
But this year will be different! My mice and I have been been practicing with the fervor of an army who will not be defeated again! We have grown tired of having cheese thrown in our faces, we have grown tired of being laughed at, we have grown tired of having our defeat re-told by the Nutcracker in the Land of the Sweets!
